emagine is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with strong organisational skills for our client a Fortune 100 IT corporation. The client has a large international Sales force and the world wide training division. The role is to design, develop, review and maintain a portfolio of sales and general skills programs. To work closely with the operational managers, regional representatives to qualify needs, and with subject matter experts and training partners to design content. Also you will take responsibility for pre-implementation content and delivery planning.

Responsibilities include:
Identifying, assessing and validating training needs within sales force. Reviewing existing curriculum and adapting content as well as designing new learning content where and when needed.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, operation teams, training vendors and consultants to build dynamic learning solutions.
Create, maintain and communicate project plans, updates and actions to subject matter experts, stakeholders and internal Sales Enablement team in order to successfully implement learning programmes within agreed budget and timeframes.
Initiate contracts and negotiate with training vendors, review and monitor development budget spend.
Liaise closely with project teams to plan and manage all activities around the programmes
Create design documents for all new programmes
Ensure training materials are correct from a content perspective.
Ensure programmes have effective and realistic reinforcement and measurement activities
Attend training events as required to ensure delivery and content are as designed and deployed appropriately
Establish a strong and supportive work relationship with all team members

Knowledge & Skills required:
Training and Learning professional with at least 5 years background in designing, writing and deploying sales training programmes internationally
Strong influence, negotiation skills, efficient at all times even under pressured work environment
Comfortable with establishing relationships across the organisation and at all levels
Experience in dealing with and working with training partners
Available for Travel
Willingness to get involved and take responsibility
Must be a good team player and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrates attention to detail in all aspects of work
Exhibits cultural awareness of training needs across a multinational audience

Candidates can be located in London, Paris, Amsterdam or a number of other locations. Some home working may be possible. This is good opportunity if you want to work for a dynamic world leading organisation.
