Key responsibilities
To provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff, clients and corporate partners
Act as a representative of the business to deliver high levels of customer service
Troubleshooting and resolution of software and hardware related issues
Prioritising and escalating issues to senior support engineers where appropriate.
Recording and documenting problem resolution in accordance with set procedures
Maintaining and monitoring software applications, hardware and remote connections
