The Organisation:
FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Government and Finance.
The Role:
FinXL currently are looking to engage 2 Senior Java developer standouts to work on one of their key client sites, providing expertise within a fast moving agile delivery environment across the development team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a unique environment that has interesting development projects in the Telco industry
The position will suit someone who is delivery focused that likes to work in a collaborative team environment and drive the success of an organisation. To be successful, you will need to have demonstrable commercial experience relating to Core Java J2EE development and a solid background in pure Agile environments.
Skills and Experience required:
6+ years experience in core Java J2EE Development
Extensive experience in pure Agile methodology
Experience in TDD (test driven development) and Paired programming is required
Excellent communication and presentations skills
Previous work in Telco is an advantage
