Are you a strong utilities based Quantity Surveyor? Civils, water, utilities??Are you looking for a new position and want to be involved in an up and coming project?
One of our main clients is on the look out for intermediate and senior Quantity Surveyor's to work within their water framework projects across North Wales and the North East.
KEY SKILLS:
- strong contract knowledge, NEC3, ICE, bespoke contracts
- pre and post contract work experience
- good negotiation skills
- the ability to manage a team
The ideal candidate will understand what it takes to set up and build a new commercial team around themselves and have a good level of commercial experience.
