Quantity Surveyor - Highways - Civils - Wiltshire.
My client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with good knowledge of highways management and operations to join their busy project. The right candidate must be experienced in managing projects as well as being able to display knowledge of managing tender processes and handling complex Civils contract negotiations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing works orders received from end client
- Managing correspondence
- Managing Sub-contract applications and payments
- Preparation and submission of payment applications to the client
- Processing commercial data in Excel
- Management of tender processes and contract negotiations
Candidates must have a full driving license, they must be PC literate particularly with Word and Excel, must have strong writing and organisational skills and should have excellent communication skills in order to influence cross-functional teams.
