EXCHANGE MESSAGING SUPPORT CONSULTANT - SINGAPORE - £310 A DAY - 12 MONTHS
My client a large financial bank are looking for a Exchange messaging support messaging consultant for a 12 month contract to be based in Singpore.
The candidates main duties will include
Resolution of 3rd line application and system support issues
Following defined incident and problem management proccesses for service outages
Bring system changes into production and performing implementations, co-ordinating releases
Support project work across a broad spectrum of Messaging technologies (Exchange, Blackberry,Topcall,EAS, Orchestria, Mind align and Interchange.
The candidate will need
A minimum of 4 years 3rd line messaging support experience in a large global organisation
Very strong understanding of Exchange 2003,2010 and postfix
Very strong understanding of message routing,queue management, message tracing on unix mail gateways.
Experience with Microsoft clustered Servers and SAN Storage
Understanding of email archiving and compliance technologies
Understanding of Blackberry enterprise Servers v4 or v5
Understanding of enterprise-level exchange integrated faxing solutions
Understanding of Networks, DNS WINS, TCP/IP
Documentation experience
Project management experience and understanding of assosciated methodologies
Understanding of SQL Server for support of BES,Good,MOM etc
Experience in Scripting/developing end user support tools (VB, PERL,Java,etc)
Experience of Service-Now and handling of incidents
