Purpose of role
As part of the integration of a significant global HR transformation initiative involving the global design and implementation of new processes, systems, organisational design and service delivery model across the firm.
One aspect of this programme within the resourcing stream is to implement one eRecruitment tool (Taleo) across the bank. The aim is to deliver this with a global recruitment process whilst recognising legal local requirements by country where applicable.
The deployment lead for eRecruitment will be required to provide central support to the project manager and working with the Business deployment leads identified across the different business clusters, countries and regions to identify, manage & achieve their business readiness to receive the change.
Core accountabilities
The success of this role will be delivered through regular interaction on key deliverables to support the success of the project whilst ensuring the Business deployment leads are continually updated on project milestones and all challenges/requirements are managed via a central RAID.
Role requirements
Essential
Delivery of quality documentation and deliverables in a project/programme environment
An understanding/knowledge of a variety of projects including Business and IT projects
Ability to quickly understand the political environment in which the particular project is operating
Ability to quickly understand the scope of a project/work stream and support its objectives to 'hit the ground running'
Preferred
Financial Services industry experience

PMI or Prince2 qualified or a willingness to gain accreditation
