My client, an investment bank based in Brussels, requires a Senior Business Analyst - EEC Invest - Securities Handling.
In view of the implementation of the above called program, we are actively searching for a business analyst to participate to the Preparation phase that will aim at setting up the future projects to be launched.
The objectives of the program are the deployment of a cross border IT platform supporting the Securities Handling activities in the bank and the deployment of the target cross border operating model and organization going along with it.
The business analyst must present at least a very good knowledge in 3 of the following topics:
- Securities transfers processes
- Registered shares processes
- Income payments processes
- Belgian securities regulatory obligations & related processes
- Belgian taxation & related processes
- Language: Good knowledge of English and French (oral & written)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience exercised in a business analyst function
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as business analyst in the Securities handling activities.
