Operations Engineer, Tivoli, MS Office, Windows Server
Operations Engineer required to work in ICT Services Infrastructure Operations Team require someone with a good grounding in IT skills and experience of working in an Operational environment to assist with the general day to day workload of the Operations Team dealing with:
A working knowledge of any or all of Tivoli Storage Manager, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, Supportworks, Microsoft Exchange and Office suites, Windows Server, AIX, and Linux would be an advantage.
A working knowledge of any or all of Tivoli Storage Manager, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, Supportworks, Microsoft Exchange and Office suites, Windows Server, AIX, and Linux would be an advantage.
1. batch scheduling
2. monitoring services and systems
3. environmental monitoring
4. backups and the daily backup schedule including creating new schedules as required
5. processing BACs payments
6. dealing with user reported incidents.
