Description
We are looking for a strong Channel Manager with prior experience of working in products and marketing within current accounts (ideally) or another retail financial services product area (Cards/loans/savings etc.)
The successful candidate will be a smart and driven self starter, passionate about the customer with a strong customer focus and insight
They will have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with excellent influencing and communication skills.
Analytical, with a track record of delivering insight-backed actions.
Required Experience:
*Retail banking Products
*Credibility - eg: working with channels - branch networks digital
*Sales Quality (current account relationships)
*Performance improvement
*Engagement existing customers
*Working product managers, marketing, training, comms
*Account Switching - improving switching quality (nice to have)
Key Skills:
*Good at Stakeholder mgt, communication
*Analytical - as is to be processes
*Ability working with numbers
*Retail Banking Product experience
