Description
We're a small team on a mission to transform the Christian Church from a top-down organization to a flat community where people can minister to one another directly — effectively, being the church to one another. We are developers, designers, and product people passionate about using our talents to make the world a better place by blessing the Church with excellent technology. Our goal at the end of the day isn't to turn a profit or make the shiniest toys; rather, to use our resources to empower people to fulfill their spiritual calling in life. See more at http://tableproject.org.2013 is an extremely exciting year for the Table. We were acquired by Gateway Church [1] in May of this year. Gateway’s desire is to expand the Table and give it away for free to churches around the world indefinitely. We’re putting incredible resources and energy behind the Table this year as we scale, build a whole new set of features (e.g. a brand new set of native mobile clients), and reach new heights (like hitting the 1 million prayers [2] milestone in July 2013).
