- Support global Unified Communications
- Microsoft Lync implementation
- Migration project
- Combined service owner and deployment
- Coordination support role with focus on EMEA
Ihre Qualifikation
- Longterm experience in IT Operations
- Good knowledge of ITIL V2 or V3 Service Management
- Project management experience in international or virtual teams
- Expert in Microsoft Lync/OCS solution/technology
- Broad experience in network infrastructure/technology in enterprise environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory related to Lync integration
- Good understanding of traditional PBX technology
- Preferred technical background/experience in Voice over IP in enterprise environment
- Experience in working in virtual teams, with people of other cultures
- Excellent English language skills
