Description
Finite Canberra has a Commercial client seeking an OSS Tester.
This is a contract opportunity for a 12-month period.
For this Role you must be an Australian Citizen with a current security clearance.
Required:
- 4 Years Telecommunication or relevant field.
- Good understanding of OSS applications such as IBM Netcool, IBM TNPM, IBM ITNM, IBM TNPM, ITM, HP Service Management and enPortal.
- UNIX fundamentals and Administration
- Knowledge of test mythologies - feature test, Integration test and Acceptance test
- Well developed Interpersonal skills
- Ability to clearly articulate technical issues in a general manner.
- Demonstrable experience of management escalation processes and customer centric values.
- Good working knowledge of HPQC
- Demonstrable written communication skills including succinct report writing.
