The Organisation:
FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Government and Finance.
The Role:
FinXL currently are looking to engage a standout Java developer to work on one of their key client sites, providing expertise within a fast moving agile delivery environment across the development team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a unique environment that is has interesting development projects for this busy Government Agency.
The position will suit someone who is delivery focused that likes to work in a collaborative team environment and drive the success of an organisation. To be successful, you will need to have demonstrable commercial experience relating to Java JEE development as a team lead.
Skills and Experience required:
7+ years experience in Java Development
Previous experience working as a Team Lead
Solid experience in Spring and Hibernate
Experience with IBM Stack (WebSphere)
Previous experience in E-business or E-commerce based project
Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for Java development
Previous experience working for a government agency would be preferred but not essential
