My client, a leading government organisation, is looking for an experienced Web Support Officer. The role is to primarily provide website development, support and maintenance on their high profile website, based mainly on the Drupal Content Management System.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Advanced and proven experience with HTML5, CSS2/3, XML, MySQL, Apache, PHP and Linux;
- Practical experience in provisioning and maintaining web hosting Servers including use of standard tools such as Web Hosting Manager, CPanel and FTP;
- Proven ability to program in PHP using common development frameworks;
- Demonstrated experience in software development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile;
- Good knowledge of current best practice for website security;
- Thorough understanding of WCAG AA website accessibility standards;
- A track record of providing innovative solutions to website business owners;
- A commitment to excellent customer service and relationship management;
- Experience in Vendor Liaison and Vendor Management;
- Good understanding of Infrastructure and Application Change Management processes.
