MS Project 2010 Coach - Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with MS Project 2010; experience with Project Server and SharePoint 2010 is a plus
- Project Management experience and formal training in Project Management is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications; knowledge of Lotus Notes & Webex is desirable
- Adept at Internet Explorer (IE) 7 or above
- Must effectively conduct teleconference meetings
- Must be willing to travel between Germany, Luxembourg and US
- Must be flexible with hours, some days may require earlier start & finish times
- Capable of presenting to a multi-lingual audience
- Initially, sit in on training sessions for similar applications in order to comprehend and anticipate future user questions
Description of work:
- Work together with Instructional Designer to ensure training materials are understood and appropriate for all users from Luxembourg, Germany and the US.
- Assist with on boarding new users (assist with system access & beyond)
- Assist users with building project schedules and budgets
- Transferred from Excel or other applications
- Into specific MS Project templates
- Assist users with questions and problem solving; recognizing the logic needed for each schedule/budget
- Consistently, encourage, challenge, support, and enable users to expand his/her knowledge of MS Project and Project Server
- Evaluate and test proposed changes to ensure the core team understands the full impact of each change prior to rolling out to the user community
- Before presenting any training materials to the user community, get feedback from a smaller subset of users to ensure the content is understood and user needs are being met
- Work together with Instructional Designer to develop continuous learning materials for User Group Sessions
- Co-chair User Group Sessions
- Provide reference materials for Training and Help documents
- Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who is capable of working independently without constant supervision
