AX2012 Functional Consultant required for a 1 year contract based in Redmond, WA. If needed my Client can help with gaining a VISA however, ideally you would already have a right to work in the USA.
Job Description:
- Excellent hands on experience in AX 2012 modules - project management and all other linked modules - THIS IS A MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to map requirements in DAX and identify work around where required
- Good documentation skills
- Should be able to conduct AX demonstration to business users and respond to queries
- Should have good experience of working on AX 2012overall, doesn't need to be a 20 years experienced guy, but should have all the above skills
About the role:
- Microsoft is planning to deploy Dynamics AX 2012 to support the Enterprise Business.
- In support of this program we are looking for Dynamics AX consultants to provide AX specific expertise in support of the Financial and Resource Management functional areas.
- The Consultant routinely acts as subject matter expert, assisting customers, partners and Microsoft teams in the most critical and difficult implementations.
- Consultants are able to deliver effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes and possess excellent communication skills.
- The AX consultant is expected to apply advanced analysis skills and experience to define appropriate solutions, develop detailed solution architecture and estimates for the Dynamics AX implementation for Enterprise Services business.
- He/she must be able to thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others to find creative solutions to our business needs. The candidate should be proficient in Solution design; application configuration.
- The role requires the ability to work directly with Microsoft Business Partners, and Product teams to create Dynamics AX solutions that meet/exceed Enterprise Services needs across the globe.
- The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of Dynamics AX modules and processes, and possess strong Analytical and problem solving skills combined with demonstrated result-driven approach in all ERP implementation related endeavors.
- This position will be involved in the largest, most complex, and most strategic project for Enterprise Services.
- The role requires an individual, who can thrive in ambiguity, self-motivated, is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management.
Required Skills:
- AX 2012 product knowledge and implementation experience
- Good understanding ERP Business Processes
- Industry vertical knowledge - Professional Services preferred
- Proficient in minimum 3 modules (Project Management & Accounting, Professional Services)
- Capture detailed requirements by Process and by Role
- Create functional solution design
- Test case preparation and functional testing
- Ability to conduct workshops and seminars
- Strong process knowledge and documentation skills.
Educational Requirements:
BE/BTECH/MCA/BSC/MBA/PGDM or equivalent
