Stanton House is pleased to be supporting one of our key clients, a leading financial services company as they look to appoint an experienced Implementation Planner to join their growing Business Change Division. The Implementation Planner will be responsible for managing the deployment of software within the platform migration programme, designing and working through key deployment documentation by liaising closely with business specialists and workstream leads.

Duties include:

  • Managing the design all deployment plans specific to each business
  • Defining the Command and Control function which governs the resources required from the platform team and cutover weekends
  • Ensuring excellent documentation standards are applied to all deliverables
  • Defining contingency and rollback plans in the event of a failed deployment
  • Identifying and prepare transitional processes that will occur during the deployment period
  • Executing the deployment plans for each business

Professional & Personal Competencies:

  • Significant experience within deployment and implementation roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning and estimation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
  • Experienced in making informed decisions and working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to become familiar with new software
  • Experience navigating Microsoft office
