Enclipse - We are looking for a consultant (Senior -BI Developer ) to help enhance decision support application Health Trac.
Duration: 12 months
Location: AURORA.CO, 80014

Responsibilities/Essential Functions - In order of importance, list primary job responsibilities.
* Develop and support databases in SQL Server 2008 R2 environments
* Develop and maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages
* Develop and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports
* Maintain complex SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and MDX queries
* Perform problem determination and troubleshooting activities
* Maintain accurate and complete tracking of all issues
* Assess and anticipates user requirements, propose and design technical solutions to meet them
* Create design documentation and test plans

Skill Requirements:

* 5-8 years experience in software development
* 5-8 years of SQL Server Development experience
* 3-5 years of SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
* Strong understanding of relational design/development & database concepts (preferably SQL Server 2008 R2),
* Strong understanding of Business Intelligence development, dimensional models, and the Kimball Method
* Demonstrated expertise in the SQL Server Business Intelligence stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
* Experience writing complex SQL queries
* Good exposure to SharePoint 2010, including creating sites, web parts, and workflows
* Practical experience estimating and sizing development efforts
* Experience with source control systems (Subversion, Redgate)
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Ability to work within a scrum/agile environment

Healthcare experience preferred
DBA experience a plus
