Description
Global business analysis manager, medical diagnostics required for a leading global healthcare company based in Amersham. The role partners with Global and Regional marketing teams with accountability to senior leadership for delivery of accurate and actionable insight-driven market/customer intelligence and analysis. Additionally works closely with external vendor on/offshore team to lead and deliver service excellence and desired outcomes for business assessment projects including reporting, business model development and customer segmentation.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Delivery of quarterly organisational market reporting metrics/leading indicators with insightful interpretation and recommendations to drive business action
- Leadership of market assessment projects to support key growth initiatives for priority businesses, delivery of actionable recommendations with clear business impact
- Management of new product business case development projects partnering with Global Product Management teams
- Oversight of existing automated global reporting tool to maximize accuracy and effectiveness, organizational awareness and training for tool, development of tool to expand data set coverage
- Development of long-term market and share projections aligned with business strategies to enable measurement of progress and leading indicators
- Accountability for competitive intelligence initiative to consolidate latest market activities across 2 product segments and identify implications and potential actions to address trends
Additional responsibilities for more analytics projects and primary research activities will be assigned to the individual if capabilities and ability to stretch scope are successfully demonstrated.
Qualifications:
Prior experience within a healthcare related field is preferred
