A renewable energy client is looking for Offshore Installation Managers to focus on Array/Export Cable works. These OIMS will participate in the technical and contractual aspects of start-up wind project focussing on the Offshore Installation of Array/Export Cables. This will be a Full time office position with 5 working days per week. The consultants will ideally be based at the Headquarters in London, and travel to several sites and office locations will be required across the UK.Duration:

Job Description:
Project Management Lead.
Analysis and recommendations of offshore installation and logistic concepts
Optimisation of offshore installation and logistic concepts
Analysis and optimisation of installation procedures prior and during installation
Manage and coordinate offshore installation contracts and activities
Manage the Marine Warranty Surveyor
Manage client reps within individual areas
Negotiation and recommendation of preassembly and project support harbour agreements
Chartering of installation vessels incl. support vessels
Negotiation and recommendation of offshore installation contracts incl. Marine Warranty Surveyor
Ensure contractor's delivery and own review of Method Statements and Risk Assessments
Coordinate and attend inspections of vessels provided to the projects
Proactively ensure offshore installation works are carried through based on balanced contracts and optimised regarding time, costs and QHSE
Qualification of Candidate:
Staff with minimum 10 years professional Offshore Wind Farm Industry experience and with 5 years' experience within cables.
Offshore construction experience of Offshore Wind Farms, including Offshore Installation Management (OIM).
Certificates of skills shall be forwarded at later date.
Special Provision:
The Consultant must bring his/her own PC with Microsoft Office 2007 software and mobile telephone.
Onshore Works: The client will provide office facilities available to the Consultant including office space.
