As Resource Management Architect you will be responsible for Implementation of Resource Management System done at other customers locations. Not purely HR implementations.
To be successful as Resource Management Architect you will possess the following skills/experience:
- Implementation or Domain Knowledge of Resource Management System done at other customers locations..Not purely HR implementations
- Telecom resource management Systems and Processes
- AS-IS landscape in Customer Resource Management Area
- Proficient in performing the business analysis and defining solutions and roadmaps
- Evaluate different platforms and technologies
