Ihre Aufgaben:
- Lead the delivery of a complex IT project
- Maintain a tactical focus
- Set clear objectives and defined deliverables
- Develop cost benefit analyses for the project, create and report project status utilizing a dashboard, allocate resources, define project governance policies and manages the financial concerns
- Utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties
- Effectively utilize external vendors and internal resources
- Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
- Daily interaction with regional Project Managers to ensure schedules are being met
- Utilize CA Clarity application and updates project plans and deliverables
- Daily interaction with international global teams in Europe, and Asia to ensure all project risks are being addressed accordingly
Ihre Qualifikation
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential
- Excellent (English) oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills, interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units
- Strong skillset with IT ( MCSE, Unix, Storage, SAP, network)
- Strong Excel, Word, Powerpoint and MS project skills
- Deep knowledge in project management
- PMP and ITIL certifications are an advantage
- Must be able to interact with various types of personalities
- Knowledge of German and Chinese would be a plus
- Exposure to manufacturing environment (specifically HVAC) and environment temperature management is an advantage
