SAP HR Talent Management Consultant - Belgium
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 9 months + extension
Start date: ASAP
Rate: Excellent market rates
Languages: Dutch and/or French
Sperry Partners Group are urgently looking for an experienced SAP HR Talent Management Consultant for a major SAP HR implementation in Belgium.

Role:
- The purpose of this role is to assist in the implementation of the ERP HR project as of mid September 2013 until end of May 2014
- Ability to translate functional requirements in technical implementations
- Ability to bring in technical/functional expertise, best practices, out-of-the box thinking, insights and technology trends to help the project reach a successful implementation
- Able to analyze functional requirements and translate these to SAP technical implementations
- Significant experience in customizing and maintaining SAP HR modules:
- SAP PA/OM at Senior Level
- SAP Talent (Competence Management/Performance Management) at Senior Level
- SAP LSO at Senior Level
- Good knowledge of HR Talent business processes and applications
- Able to relate, influence and understand the stakeholders/business perspectives
- Graduated from higher education
- Have 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function or through project experience
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French. English is an asset
