Based in beautiful southern Sweden we an exceptional opening for an experienced software developer with very strong C++ code gained within the Mobile communications space - specifically exciting Android Development.
Content Access Security is a globally responsible team within the client for design, development, integration and verification of different DRM schemes. As a requirement from majority of operators all across the world, the team has developed and maintaining the OMA DRM v1.0 solution.
One part of this OMA DRM V1.0, ie forward lock solution is contributed to Android community which now official in Google cookie release. Microsoft PlayReady DRM, which is another DRM scheme, has been integrated to Android portfolio. Recently this PlayReady DRM solution was integrated along with the Google Open DRM framework. As part of this project, a license renewal module for Microsoft PlayReady solution has been developed and contributed to open source. The team have been developing DRM schemes namely Marlin meant for the clients music/video service.
Apart from the above mentioned different DRM schemes, the clients Mobile Content Access Security team is also the main contributor of the Android Open DRM framework together with the company. This Open DRM framework is now officially available in Android releases.

Experience:
.Relevant university master degree
.Good knowledge on native C, C++ programming
.Technical interest crossing borders between SW and HW
.Knowledge in Java has added advantage
.Experience in the area of DRM is preferred
Competency:
.Experience in software development with c and C++ (mandatory)
.Exposure in Linux environment
.Experience in Android application development
.Knowledge on security domain and exposure to ARM Trusted Execution Environment is added advantage
