My Financial Services client based in a number of locations requires a Resourcing Analyst to assist a key change programme.
Role:
- This Project is a large scale cloud based ERP implementation for a Banking client.
Essential Skills:
- Financial Services Experience Essential (Ideally Retail Banking)
- Experience in large scale ERP implementations ie SAP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle, Taleo or Sucessfactors
- Proactive with hands on attitude.
- Functional knowledge of HR Systems, operations and related technology and processes including ESS/MSS.
- Experience of working in Resourcing systems implementation, of similar systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft or Workday set up is required (system & procedures)
- Experience of HR Transformation projects over 3 months length.
- Experience of SaaS implementation desirable.
Skills:
- Co-ordinate the acquisition and analysis of the data requirements to support data migration activities for Resourcing components.
- Use specialist knowledge and/or experience of business areas or products to ensure all relevant information is available to guide design, build, test and implementation.
Rate: £450
Contract: 6 months Initial
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Manchester
