We have an exciting opportunity to work for a large Utilities client in Warwick as a Resource/Recruitment Coordinator on a 3 month contract.

It may occasionally be necessary to work at locations other than the Warwick office; these would be in the Midlands for managerial staff appointment 'summits'.

This role is to coordinate and support the selection, assessment and appointment of staff as part of implementing the UK Operating Model.

Key Tasks:
- Working with HR and Managers to plan and schedule interviews for staff (matching aspirations, with interviewing managers)
- Securing suitable rooms for staff interviews, managerial meetings (departmental and Directorate) to approve the proposed outcomes of interviews (staff being placed and not placed in roles).
- Tracking progress and outcomes of interviews
- Preparation of data and supporting information/rationales to support process and managerial sign off decisions, ie Data relating to leavers, unfilled roles, outcomes of appointments, etc
- Ensure that outcome datasets are completed for placed and unplaced staff
- Ensure coordination of leaver process with HR
- Ensure coordination of HR appointment letters for staff to be placed in roles - including consolidation and verification of data via the relevant responsible line managers
- Act as a point of contact for queries from the business on process, timelines, guidance, etc

Experience Required:
- Working with large spreadsheet data sets, including confidential information, where quality control and attention to detail has been of crucial importance
- Planning and organising activities to meet the requirements of Stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to concisely communicate (written and verbal) to managers and sensitively communicate with staff going through the selection and interview process.

Qualifications Required:
- Qualifications to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, ie beyond GCSE level. Preferably in business administration or Human Resources related subject
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English

- Able to manage large amounts of information
- Customer (internal) focus and communication

Technical/Role Specific Competencies:
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word (basic functionality)
