Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for IP Security Project Manager. You will be leading a project of security IP modules and drive the definition of requirements.Required experience
• Project management and resource management, leadership competence ,
• experience in managing project teams ,
• experience with IP- and product design ,
• Solid understanding of design- and verification methodology for deep submicron CMOS products ,
• Solid understanding of advanced cryptology algorithms and architectures, and how to apply these within secure products ,
• Background in electrical engineering; Dipl. FH, Dipl. TU, MSc. Degree in electrical engineering or physics ,
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills, networking and team/partner integration
• Result oriented, open for new challenges
• Able to identify and resolve issues.
• Seek for solutions beyond the boundaries of your team.
• Pro-active attitude, willingness to take ownership for challenging targets
• Ability to motivate team members to go the extra mile
Responsibilities:
• Project lead for IP development of Security IP Modules
• Drive the execution of IP development projects
• Drive the definition of requirement specifications in close cooperation with system architects and integration teams
• Create IP project plans in line with business requirements
• Monitoring and control, progress reporting
• Lead the development process within the IP project (milestone- and gate passing, exception reviews, …)
• IP project team leadership
