About the role:
The User Experience and Graphics Designer will utilize strong graphic design skills in order to provide an exceptional user experience. The role requires that the designer be responsible for gathering requirements and creating high-quality designs, graphics, and mock-ups. These solutions will be developed for both new and existing sites, applications, and portals. From ideation to creating production-quality graphic components, the End User Experience User Interface and Graphics Designer will have an abundance of exciting and demanding tasks. Creativity and initiative are integral to the User Interface and Graphics Designer role at all stages of the development cycle.

Create visual designs and user Interface design that address business, brand, market, and user requirements, including design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, and interface elements.

Drive the creation of compelling and useful UI/UX design, including thoroughness, simplicity, usability, engagement, device consideration, code consideration, notes and delivery.

Build, refine, and test UI Mockups.

Collaborate with software engineers, Business and Marketing executives to refine the user experience.

Work with application developers to deliver the final product.

Coordinates usability testing to ensure the proposed user experience meets user expectations and presents findings and recommendations to drive future design improvements

Monitors application usage through analytics data to ensure an optimal user experience and high customer satisfaction

Conceptualize and create standard-compliant, easy-to-use and attractive and intuitive user interface and other design deliverables such as: layouts, widgets, wireframes, workflows etc. for use on handsets products and web

Requirements

BA/BS or higher degree in Interaction Design or related discipline (i.e. Graphic Design, I Visual Design) preferred.

Degree in a related field, such as information design, human-computer interaction, graphic design.

Primary Skill: Very good knowledge of the adobe suite, user Interface Design, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Web graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator.
