We are looking for SAP HR/HCM Consultant for our client in Eindhoven, Netherland.

- SAP HR, SAP HCM, HR Consulting, CEP and TEPShould have the following basic skills:
- Should have worked on at least 2 implementation
- Should have good interpersonal skills to communicate with BusinessRequire strong integration skill between HCM and FINANCE modules
- Strong business process understanding with Netherlands localization understanding.
- Ability to understand the customer business processesand the IT landscape rapidly.
- Ability to frame the right set of questions for asingle process track.
- Should have at least 2 - 4 years years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3years of domain experience
Module specific Proficiency:
Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR processes:
o Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management and BenefitsManagement
o Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, Compensation Management and Recruitment
o Integration with other SAP modules
o Must have basic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes:
o ESS& MSS, E-Recruitment, Enterprise Compensation Management and Learning Solution
o Payroll Accounting.
