Description
My international financial client, based in Luxembourg, seeks an IT Applications Integrator/Developer.
Your role will be to carry out the integration of a range of new applications based on a number of different technologies.
Key skills and experience of the IT Applications Integrator/Developer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development (Java technologies)
- Knowledge of application integration (build scripts, deployment, ...)
- Knowledge of JavaEE platform and experience in Java Application Servers (Apache/Tomcat, WebSphere, ...)
- Experience with Oracle database, SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with IBM WebSphere (especially with Application Server & MQSeries products)
- Experience of UNIX/Linux environments.
- Basic knowledge of Korn Shell Scripting.
- English speaking (but not necessarily mother tongue)
Additional Skills (ideally):
- knowledge on IBM WebSphere Message Broker
- basic knowledge of DB2 Universal
- familiar with Clearing and Settlement environment
- official language of the company is English (knowledge of French will ease the communication)
You will be based in Luxembourg for the duration of this contract. The initial period will be for 3 months ( starting in October ) Subsequent extensions are likely.
