Client Onboarding AnalystA top tier, market leading investment bank has an urgent requirement for a highly skilled Client Onboarding Analyst to join their regulatory business area.
You will be responsible for onboarding clients and cross checking agains regulatory standards. This will include liaising with counterparties, ranging from broker-dealers to banks and buy side clients, to obtain counterparty contact details and all product related documentation. Your primary duties will include:
- Supporting a Global Markets' Dodd Frank Client Onboarding and quality assurance unit
- Liaising with operations, sales and trading to identify suitable counterparty contact and product information
- Escalating disagreements and disputes to senior management
- Documenting counterparty communications
- Communicating with third party vendors to ensure relevant counterparty information is shared
- Updating and maintaining accurate reporting metrics
To be considered for this role you will hold extensive experience of client onboarding and product set up gained within the operations area of a leading financial institution. You will hold extensive client liaison experience and be confident in dealing with challenging client groups. Having excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrating the ability to multi task will be necessary to succeed in a role like this. KYC/AML experience is a plus.
