Medical Device Operations Manager - £65,000 - £75,000 plus excellent benefitsAn expanding, global market expert is searching for a competent operations manager. They are offering a unique role, to lead a passionate and hard working team.

The Role:
- Meeting quarterly and ultimately annual production output requirements within budget.
- Addressing surge in demand to support product qualification, increase in demand and recovery plans
- Meeting quality standards for all departmental activities to relevant standards.
- Departmental support for new product development and customer developments and existing customers increased volumes or variants where required.
- Ability to deliver against forecast and increase production/grow without the need for additional resource.
- Maintaining and improving efficiency levels within the department
- Improving / maintaining labour costs while increasing viable production output.
- Establishing and revising key operational processes
Experience Required:
- Extensive medical device experience
- Experience and success in team management and development in a manufacturing environment is key
- Proven Track record of continuous improvement
- A working knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage 200 is required including MRP and MPS
- Previous experience in an ISO 13485 or FDA 21 CFR environment
