Functional Analyst - project coordination, financial modelling

The client is a major energy supplier. The position is effectively a change management role, involving consolidating requests from different users, defining short term priorities correctly and sharing this information with stakeholders, planning the analysis, workload estimation and development phases and of course reporting regularly upwards. The Functional Analyst acts as a liaison between all the various parties concerned.
As Functional Analyst, they offer you the chance to ensure that all of our short term commitments are fulfilled and to coordinate the various preparatory tasks in the run up to a release. This involves defining the scope of the release and coordinating the testing of various stakeholders before consolidating the changes due to be included in the release.
You will also take charge of the communication between Business Analysts, Customer Relationship Managers, Architects and Security Experts, organising the project handover and ensuring the maintenance process is followed for validations and documents etc.
