Description
A top global investment bank is looking for an overall equities trading business analyst/program manager to join their team. Working directly with front-office equity technology teams, this position will be the lead analyst in driving requirements, project planning and new compliance reporting requirements.Responsibilities
- Drive requirements gathering - work directly with front office teams such as Compliance and Supervision to assess and gather business needs
- Ability to understand all trading flow from each desk to assist in the maintenance of a real-time orders and executions repository
- Author and get sign-off on business requirements documentation critical for technical development
- Create, manage, maintain project plans for all projects of the repository and associated reporting platforms
- Managing Compliance / Supervision book of work - responsible for running regular compliance status update meetings
- Prioritize business agenda and establish governance forums as needed to engage stakeholders as needed
Required skills
- 3-4 years' experience in Business Analysis with proven track record to successfully work through the project lifecycle, from conception to implementation and support.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) needed
- Knowledge of equities trading flows, Compliance and Supervision such as OATS reporting, 605 reporting, Best Execution, etc
