Computer Futures are currently looking for an IT Administrator / 2nd Line support Engineer to work for a key Client based in Bristol. This is a permanent position and is paying £20,000 - £28,000.We are looking for a technically able Technician who has ideally had 2+ years experience in a support role before. You will need to provide IT Support and Administration to the Microsoft windows networks and attached equipment at all sites.
You will need very good customer services / Interpersonal skills and be able to deal with customers on a face to face basis.
Key Skills:
* Windows XP/07 (Word, Excel , Outlook , PowerPoint)
* Windows Server R2
* Knowledge of Networking ( Switches , Routers , Firewalls )
* Experience in Sharepoint server
* Understanding of VMWare and Active Directory
