Real Staffing are currently recruiting for a contracts manager role for in an NHS organisation in the South West of England for a 6 month role with a rate negotiable depending on experience.The successful person will be required to draft and amend commercial and research and development contracts. Somebody who has a law degree or a legal background would be ideal. NHS experience would be preferable, however someone who has experience of dealing with research and development gained in a university or pharmaceutical environment that has the background on things like patient confidentiality, data protection, FOI, NHSLA, indemnity within NHS, perhaps IP and publication would also be suitable.
