Description
Tier One Bank require systems programmers to work with IBM mainframe products ZOS, DB2 and CICS. Three roles are available specialising in each of the above technologies. Candidates will be considered for locations in London, Halifaxand Edinburghand will be paid a maximum of £400 per day on the basis of a six month contract with a good possibility of extension. My client is dedicated to filling this position and is interviewing immediately.There will be a mixture of project, upgrade, migration and maintenance work and will suit somebody with ten or more years experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
Key skills:
- ZOS, DB2 or CICS
- BMC or CA products
- Software upgrades to latest versions
- Migrations onto new hardware
My client is looking for 10 programmers in all and will look at programmers who specialise in any of the above technologies.
