Description
Senior Business Analyst urgently required by our well known client who are currently implementing a new Business Intelligence solution. Part of the role will be to aid managers in analysing the Information and ensure available information meets current Trust priorities.This role will lead in developing the new BA team and the service it provides, including managing 2 to 3 analysts.
Key skills:
- Analytical background
- Confident in analysing data and statistics
- Knowledge of NHS and Acute Trusts
- Lead on appropriate ways to present data in reports and dashboards
- Forecasting and capacity planning e.g. basic waiting list model and bed models
- Strong communication skills
- Staff management skills (to manage and develop the BA team - 2 to 3 staff)
