Real Staffing is currently working with our client to assist them in the recruitment of 5 additional Project Managers to join their team to lead on IT Change projectsA leading bank, they are ideally looking for someone who already has experience in banking, financial services or similar environment to join their Project Management pool that get the opportunity to work on a broad range of systems/application development projects across the current account, credit cards and savings portfolio.
With a systems and application architecture made up primarily of third party procured applications, you will be the interface between the business, internal development teams, vendor development teams and change delivery teams.
It is expected that you will have strong stakeholder management skills to allow you to work with business leaders, build teams, vendors and internal governance.
Experience of Agile / Waterfall methods desirable, as is the ability to manage small project teams.
