Huxley Associates are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Team Lead for a key client in the Wiltshire area. As UKmarket leading design and manufacturers they are now looking to expand and are looking to develop their product range in line with this.The role of the engineering team lead is to plan, direct and coordinate the design and development of new products and manage the daily work load, whilst making intelligent decisions on departmental priorities and best utilising the available skills and resource in the team.
* A precision mechanical engineering background
* A relevant Degree or equivalent
* Proven experience in taking new product through design/development to production readiness
* A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
