Description
My client an Investment bank based in Brussels requires an IT Methodology Process Manager (CMMi Leader).
Your missions will consist of:
- Participation to the formalisation & documentation of the processes
- Collaborate to the rollout of project/maintenance management processes in the company.
- implementation and use of procedures, forms and guides
- implementation and use of tools in support of the method
- facilitate and lead workshops/meetings and create buy-in of all involved parties
- Be involved in the validation of the project/asset management processes and deliverables
- Identify the improvements to be made to project/asset management processes and associated tools, contributing to the documentation of project and asset final reports and participating in capitalization at an organizational level
- Coach colleagues on the Asset & Project Methodology
At least 5 years of experience in an IT organization.
Have a vast experience in coaching
Knowledge of Harmony
Languages: French - Good, Dutch - Good, English - Fluent
