Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Type: Contract- 6 months

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Our client is seeking a CRM Program Manager to plan and manage client's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation (MA) systems, as well as the monitoring of data linkages between CRM, MA, and Order Fulfillment systems. This individual will work with program and team managers to establish organizational adoption of customer management best practices by researching, implementing and monitoring the proper use of database definitions, fields, processes, information, and standards of work. Additionally, the CRM Program Manager will train, refine and assist with program operation including: the building and leading of cross-functional teams; the recommendation of program goals, plans and schedules; the close monitoring of program usage and security; the management of vendor relations; and the resolution of CRM, MA & system issues that include daily operations and troubleshooting requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment of current database features/functionality, definitions, and process vs. industry best practices.
  • Development of a specific timeline/roadmap for moving current systems to parity with marketing best practices for CRM, MA and company objectives.
  • Monitor the CRM program budget and make efficient use of outside vendors, reducing the overall CRM vendor spend over time.
  • CRM, MA, Contact Database & system information cleanliness and quality, including the effective management of customer contact databases for prospects and existing customers.
  • Effective and timely support of and resolution to requests for training, system issues, and organizational reporting.
  • Alignment of systems to a consolidated set of metrics, and the development of dashboards that monitor and report on the flow of processes and end-user performance to all levels within the company.
  • Recommend solutions that increase the value of CRM & MA to user groups, improve user adoption, and plan for needed capacity.
  • Monitor and manage system customizations, access rights, security settings, and user privileges.
  • Learn and socialize CRM & MA best practices through continuing education, marketing & CRM organizations, and attendance of agreed-upon conferences.

Requirements:

  • Has Customized and Configured CRM for 2+ Years (Field Editing, Entity Customization, Workflow Design and troubleshooting)
  • Understands Data Management Best Practices: Database Design, IT Systems & Data Structures (SQL & Data Mapping)
  • Understands the impact of Roles, Teams & Business Units on CRM Management (Configuration, Impact on Views & Dashboards, Troubleshooting)
  • Has experience configuring and building reports & dashboards
  • Experiencing managing multiple CRM Implementations or Has been Project Lead on a CRM Implementation from beginning to end for 2+ Years
