Looking for Energetic and Motivated IT candidates to work for one of our High Profile clients in the Cincy area! Ideally we would like candidates to have at least 1 years' experience working in a Helpdesk/Service Desk, or IT Customer Service Environment!

Skill Set:

  • Knowledge of IT helpdesk environments
  • Helpdesk work experience
  • Experience working in HIGH call volume environment
  • Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook preferred
  • Basic troubleshooting of SW and HW
  • Tech savvy!
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Start Date: ASAP- Long-Term Contract

Hours: Variety of Shits/Days (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend work)

Pay Rate: $11.00-$12.00 (Plus over time)

It is required that all contractors complete a background check and drug screen report. They must pass a drug screen with a positive clearance and the background check without the following convictions on their record:
