Description

As member of the second line team for this major finance company based in Brussels, you are responsible for answering and resolving requests of the customer with regard to the Back End server infrastructure.

This contract is to start ASAP and will run for a minimum of 12 months; (depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Language requirements - must have good English as well as Dutch and French (one fluent, the other good)

Role is based in the centre of Brussels and a bachelor degree is strongly preferred

Engineer 1

  • Held similar role professionally for some years
  • Good knowledge of MS Lync Software
  • Troubleshooting and research skills
  • Good understanding of Anti-Virus and software packages
  • Active Directory/Networking
  • Windows Server 2008
  • Exchange 2010 (or at least 2007) and related services (fax, Blackberry, archiving, spam/virus filters)
  • Scripting/Lync/Hyper-V/SharePoint
  • ISA, IIS, DNS, AD
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge & confidence to communicate fluently with all levels of customers & colleagues

Engineer 2

  • Held similar role professionally for some years
  • Microsoft Lync
  • Other telephony systems experience like Avaya
  • Troubleshooting and research skills
  • Good understanding of Anti-Virus and software packages
  • Active Directory/Networking
  • Windows Server 2008
  • Exchange 2010 (or at least 2007) and related services (fax, Blackberry, archiving,          spam/virus filters)
  • Scripting/Commvault Backup/Hyper-V/SharePoint
  • SCOM monitoring
  • ISA, IIS, DNS, AD
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge & confidence to communicate fluently with all levels of customers & colleagues
