ScrumMaster
Immediate need for a ScrumMaster to lead the implementation and training of Scrum for several Project Teams.
You will be responsible for organizing and implementing best practices including implementing a on-line Scrum tool to manage the project workload. You must have strong experience as a ScrumMaster, implementing Scrum, training project teams on Scrum & Agile best practices, mentoring team members, and knowledge transfer.
This is a 6 to 8 week project with a potential option to extend. Located in Norcross area. Great work environment and peer group. We highly prefer a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 6+ years experience as a Project Manager working on technology projects
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master leading Scrum teams (highly prefer CSM)
- Strong experience with Scrum Methodology
- Experience implementing Scrum methodology and training and mentoring team members on Scrum
- Excellent communication skills and consultative personality
