For our end-client in The Hague we are looking for a Security Officer.

Rate: €60
Tasks:
To help the organization achieve IRM compliancy in the area of developer rights (unlocked PCs and accounts)
To manage and review incoming requests from staff around the globe for developer rights
To administer the Developer Rights policy by intelligently challenging requests and providing suitable alternatives to requestors when applicable.
Ensuring alternative solutions get implemented timely
To provide great customer service
Technical Skills and Experience:
Mandatory:
Investigative and analytical skills required to properly evaluate incoming requests for developer rights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to elicit details and clarify requirements from requestors
Excellent customer service skills required which includes the timely handling of incoming requests and providing clear communication and guidance to requestors.
Strong influencing and persuasion skills needed to get requestors to concur with choosing alternative methods to developer rights
Recognizes the need for continual improvement in processes and acts to achieve it.
Working knowledge of application development and installation on Windows 7 and Vista to evaluate business requests.
Experience working in global and virtual teams
Preferred:
Experience in Oil & Gas industry
