Description:
- Self starter, good, experienced Solution Manager
- Experienced in creating IT (/infrastructure) Solutions in the EUS area
- Knowledge/experience with multiple platform types
- Experienced in Financial industry
- Knows to find his/her way in a complex organization
- As technical TSM you will be the single contact to the Delivery organization for Solution Management within a business domain
Requirements:
- Careful communication, experience in sensitive environment.
- Experienced in End User Services area, Wintel platforms
- English: good
- Can organize, delegate and coordinate
- Customer facing - negotiating
- A good experience with working with technical teams (eg Wintel, Unix, database, MQ, Networking)
- Be a people manager in leading teams Wintel/End User Services Solutions Ensures delivery is done on time, within budget and with high client satisfaction.
- Feels energized by working in a strong operational and stressful environment.
- In depth knowledge of infrastructure and change management procedures is a great advantage
Dutch speaking is not mandatory but favoured.
