Job Title: SAP Performance Test Lead

Relevant Experience (Yrs):
10+ Years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience in SAP Performance Test Lead

Technical/Functional Skills:
HP LoadRunner, Performance and Security Testing Experience on SAP applications, SAP Testing, HP QC, HP ALM, and PM Skills

Experience Required:

Creation of test strategies and plans for performance and security testing

Performance testing and Security testing experience

Proficiency or Certification in HP LoadRunner / Security testing

Experience in conducting performance & security testing in organizations having complex application landscape

Ability to lead & guide performance and security testing teams in different geographies

Ability to handle multi-vendor scenario

Ability to handle demanding environment

Awareness of re-insurance concepts

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand performance & security requirements, infrastructure, performance acceptance criteria and prepare detailed test plans

Work with development and other vendor teams to clarify on any of the requirements

Review tester’s work-products and ensure quality and standards

Manage traceability from requirements and implementation using HP QC

Analyze results and provide fine tuning suggestions

Anticipate & Report any risks/issues during execution to test and project management

Providing timely and comprehensive updates to other test leads and to the Management

Generic Managerial/Soft Skills:

Ability to lead performance and security teams

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Provide directions on performance and testing needs to team

Experience of working in Multi-vendor scenario

PMP is an added advantage

Good communication (written & oral) skills
