Description
Principal Electrical EngineerKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Fluency with an electrical CAD software package, such as Altium (Protel)
- Solid electrical design of Printed Circuit Assemblies including digital, analog, and power circuits
- Working knowledge of embedded controls with micro-processors (specifically multi-processor system design)
- Working knowledge of motors, motor drivers and motion control
- Knowledge of real-time distributed control software
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required
- Working knowledge of medical devices and FDA regulations desired
- BSEE & 10+ years of experience or MSEE & 8+ yoe or Ph.D & 4+ yoe
